The Intern - Sales Enablement Design contributes to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives.
What You'll Do
The Intern - Sales Enablement Design may perform any of the following activities:Produces effective training materials to meet the goals and objectives of the audienceWorks with stakeholders to determine learning gaps and business requirements.Designs and develops instructional materials using a variety of toolsEdits segments of motion video production footage, special effects, sound recordings, and color for the post-production processConsults with stakeholders from pre-production through production and post-production processesImplements projects, for both online and print products, that reflect Workiva brands and its creative componentsImports, updates and tracks LMS learning modulesWhat You'll Need
Minimum Qualificationsor equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design or related program Preferred QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvementThe ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is necessaryExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesA portfolio or examples of your work you can showcase to our teamExperience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator) Travel Requirements and Working ConditionsMinimal travelReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a WorkivaHow You’ll Be Rewarded
