How will you make an impact?
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.Participate in sales product and systems trainings, marketing campaigns, and special projects to develop selling skills consistent with Company philosophy, policies, and procedures.Connect with research scientists tied to specific accounts for product information and sales presentations.Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers to achieve/exceed assigned territory sales plan.Coordinate sales processes for assigned accounts in assigned geography.Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI and others) and help promote improvement initiatives.Start Date: This internship is set to begin on 2nd of January 2025 for a duration of 6 months – dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation : Our undergraduate Inside Sales internships offer an hourly rate dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines).
How will you get here?
Undergraduate student completing a Life Sciences-related degree between December 2025 and September 2026.0 years of work experience required; previous related internships or extra scholar experience preferred.Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
