As part of the Human Resources Development Program, you'll have the opportunity to accelerate your career globally through 4 challenging business rotations within the Human Resources function over 30 months:
Two 9-month rotations in two of our HR Centers of Excellence (COE) One 9-month rotation as an HR Business Partner One 3-month rotation on a global assignment**The final 3 months may include an opportunity for an international assignment based on your evaluated performance after the 18 months of 2 COE rotations.

Associate Relations Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS) Global Talent & Development Global Talent Acquisition HR Analytics Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging (IDEB) MyPeople Operations Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)Our HR Business Partners support the following Business Units/Functions:
Compliance Solutions (CoSo) Enterprise-Wide Functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Strategy) Global Product & Technology (GPT) Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Major Account Services (MAS) and ADP Canada National Account Services (NAS) Sales & Marketing Small Business Services (SBS)Your performance will be evaluated at the end of your final rotation. Based on your performance and successful completion of the HR Development Program, you may have an opportunity to be placed in an HR role where you can make a difference and continue to grow your career at ADP.

Work with a specific client group as a functional HR role as a member of one of our COE's Gain an understanding of what it means to work within Human Resources Facilitate change, lead initiatives and drive impactful results Network with professionals who will guide and support you as you enhance your skills Gain real-world experience with today's leading HR professionals
EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:
Spring 2025 graduate Master's Degree required in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, or a related field Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPABONUS POINTS FOR THESE:
