Assist with full cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, creating offers, background checks/drug screens, onboarding, and orientationSupport hourly employees and employee engagement Responsible for entry and maintenance of HRIS dataManage all new hire paperwork, including employee files and I-9sAssist with the coordination of employee engagement activitiesManage transactions within the learning management systemAssist with general employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, etcDocument and prepare required reportsAbout This Role
