**Job Overview** **Eligible candidates for this scholarship are:** + High school seniors or recent high school graduates who plan to enroll, or students already enrolled in a college-level degree program within the healthcare discipline. + Dependents of benefit eligible Fairview/Ebenezer employees, and young adults (up to 25 years of age). + Accepted and enrolled in an accredited college or technical school health care education program. + Completing a program that will help them qualify for positions that are expected to be available within Fairview or Ebenezer. **To apply** The applicant should an application to this requisition by **Friday, May 16th , 2025.** **_Incomplete, altered, or late applications will not be accepted._** You will need: + **Copy of your educational transcripts** (an unofficial copy is fine) + **One professional recommendation** from a current or previous employer, class advisor or instructor or another professional. + **Letter of recommendation from the referring Fairview employee.** (Family member that is employed by Fairview)These recommendation forms will be sent directly to the reference names/emails you list down. + **Documentation of acceptance/enrollment in an accredited college-level program.** If this documentation isn’t available, please submit documentation showing proof of application to the program. If offered the scholarship, it will be dependent upon acceptance and enrollment into the program. + **Current résumé,** including current and former employment, educatio and training, certifications, special skills, volunteer experiences and/or other professional experiences.
