2025 Corporate Food & Beverage Strategy Development Placement

We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) Strategy Development team on a 12-month placement. As the F&B Strategy Development Intern, you will provide exceptional communication and experiences for our guests through the coordination and communication of the European F&B initiatives.

From day one, our placement students are fully integrated into Team Hilton. Our placements offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences and, for some, international travel.

Based in our EMEA headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 40+ Interns and take part in regular connect meetings, short assignments and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym.

The Opportunity  

\n

As the F&B Strategy Development Intern, you will be supporting the Continental European F&B Operations & Development Team to deliver and track the European F&B strategy. Some of the more specific responsibilities you will be taking on are detailed as follows;   

\n\nProviding administrative assistance to department executives, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, drafts of correspondence, taking phone calls, preparing expense reports, and assisting with emails, tasks and contacts   \nCreating and developing visual presentations for Executive Meetings, GM’s meeting/briefings, etc.   \nSupporting all stakeholders on key projects.   \nMaintaining deadlines and assuring stakeholder involvement at the right time.   \nResearching and responding to information requests from management.   \nMaintaining department correspondence and files.   \nMaintaining the European Share Files to ensure information is always up to date  \nKeeping critical paths up to date for key projects.   \nManaging monthly content visits with social media support agency.   \nRaising and processing invoices.    \nThe role will be requiring travel for up to 20%.  \n\n

What are we looking for?  

\n\nFirst and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. \nMust be a current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree. \nThe ideal candidate will be working toward a degree within a hospitality discipline or have relevant experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.  \nMust be able to start on the 7th of July 2025, to work full-time for a 12-month duration.   \nMust be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.   \nPassionate about all things F&B, with a broader interest in current industry trends.   \nExcellent written and verbal communication including the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.   \nExcellent time management and organisational skills.   \nProficient in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook are paramount to the role  \nWorking knowledge of design skills including Photoshop is a plus.  \n\n
