作为TI的设备技术员，您将在恒温的无尘室中工作，负责设备的安装投产、保养维护、问题处理、性能改进和功能升级。您将与整个工厂的工程和制造团队，高效解决芯片制造过程中的问题。 **岗位职责：** 1、 **设备维修** **：** 监控及分析相关数据及生产线状况，负责第一时间排查并处理影响正常生产的设备故障，保持生产线的正常生产，提高设备系统性能以达到生产要求，减少停机对生产的影响； 2、 **设备改机** **：** 根据需求及时切换设备配置，以满足产线生产计划需求； 3、 **设备保养** **：** 使用校准、诊断及相关方法和工具对设备进行拆卸、校验、清洁等，对设备进行保养； 4、 **产线反馈** **：** 负责跟踪反馈产线主要问题，包括质量、安全、设备主要问题等； 5、 **文件化标准化** **：** 针对日常工作和生产中遇到的问题进行书面化总结，提出解决方案，并进行标准化和文件化。 6、 **部门重要任务指标跟踪** **：** 负责跟踪部门重要任务指标，分析、反馈相关数据，并提供合理性改善建议。 **Why TI?** + Engineer your future.
