The Role

1. Complete 18 months of rotational learning and work in two key positions of marketing and sales.

2. Participate in and pass the centralized offline training and online teaching courses of the trainee program.

3. Participate in and pass on-site learning at various stages of the trainee program, including but not limited to Plant, Air Compressor Rooms, and Maintenance Workshops.

4. Participate in and complete exclusive activities for each stage of the trainee program, including but not limited to assignments, public speech, and knowledge bowl competition.

5. Maintain daily and regular close communication with business mentors, HR advisors, and team colleagues.

6. Develop and strengthen good working relationships with customers, distributors, etc. to promote business development.

7. At last, trainee will deliver final presentation and apply for formal vacancy, pass interview, then transfer to formal HC.
