Job Summary:
Seasonal Operations Associate's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing general labor support to various areas of retail operations and production departments.

Location:    Corporate Office - Warminster, Pa

Responsibilities will include:

Basic hand assembly of various items including seed starting kits and seed packet collections, stamping bags, inserting dirt pellets/seed packets in tray, wrapping trays, filling packet sleeves, sealing plastic wrap around kit, providing kits to the Material Handlers, etc. 

Assist with order picking and shipping 

Support for set up and tear down of general work area maintenance.  

Make plastic trays and seed panels as needed.  

Make sleeves/cartons from flattened cardboard. 

Fill seed display panels with seed packets 

Works closely with co-workers, Assembly Leads, Assembly Supervisor and Assembly Production Manager.   

All other duties as assigned by Leads or Managers 

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.Requires standing, kneeling and lifting up to 8 hours per day.Must be reliable and dependable with attendance Monday through Friday.
