RBC Pathways is a selective, multi-month early insight and mentorship program for Sophomores, committed to the advancement of individuals from historically underrepresented groups within Capital Markets. RBC Pathways is seeking Sophomores enrolled full-time at U.S. colleges and universities, including without limitation, students of Black, African American, Hispanic, Latinx, and/or Native American descent, who are passionate about pursuing careers in Capital Markets and interested in exploring Junior year summer internship opportunities.

The program supports participants as they explore careers in Capital Markets with our award-winning businesses in Banking (including Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Municipal Finance), Global Markets (including Global Research, Origination and Sales & Trading), and Technology.

As a program participant, you will gain:

Early Access and Exposure - structured program featuring in-office* and virtual sessions, senior leader talks, and networking events to introduce you to career paths within Capital MarketsMentorship Support - coaching from RBC employees in your preferred business area to foster a deeper understanding of the firm and industry as you navigate your career pathSummer Internship Opportunities - all participants will be considered for the 2026 New York summer internship interview processExecutive sponsorship – a trusted senior leader who will provide you with insight, support, and guidance should you join the summer internship programFinancial Awards Available – select participants will have an opportunity to earn a financial award – terms and conditions to be announced during the program

*Any pre-approved travel costs for in-office events will be covered by RBC Capital Markets

You are passionate about a career in Capital MarketsYou are an undergraduate student enrolled full-time at a U.S. college or university graduating between December 2026 and June 2027You are able to join us for a 2026 summer internship

Application Review & Selection Process Timeline:Following the application deadline, applications will be reviewed by a team of RBC Capital Markets colleaguesSelect eligible applicants will advance to a program interview with a member of the business; successful candidates will be invited to join the programProgram specifics including a timeline of Fall events will be provided to all program participants*

*In the event of any in-person program sessions, RBC Capital Markets will cover any travel/hotel expenses for participants located outside of New York
