Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location:  Frankfort, KY 

Shift: 1st shift Monday- Friday 6:30am – 5:00pm (10hr shifts)
**Did we mention that this position is currently paying DOUBLE TIME for ANY Overtime hours worked! ***

Pay: $22.00/hour

What you'll do: 

Work in a fast-paced shipping and receiving environment Logging orders on computer system Prepare/ Create bills of lading via computer system Perform inventory control and cycle counting Prepare/ Create shipping packets Prepare/Create Pick list generation Use Enterprise Resource Program (ERP)  and SAGE systems  Operate sit-down forklift as needed. Loading and unloading trucks  Operate RF Scanner Ensure product is provided to customers in an efficient and timely manner. Heavy lifting orders and packages (up to 80lbs) Manually wrapping and stacking pallets Will be on and off the forklift several times throughout the shift.

What we need from you: 

Must be at least 18 years old or older Comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy Must have previous steady work history Prior experience in ALL functions of Shipping/Receiving operations Previous experience with computers Previous experience Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Teams Recent Sit-down Forklift experience Must be able to pass a tape measure reading, math and mechanical comprehension testing Must have previous steady work history
