Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.Ensure team members adhere to established safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.Assist with planning and organizing daily tasks to meet production goals.Monitor workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to build skills and maintain high performance.Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to address issues and maintain smooth operations.Report any incidents, quality concerns, or operational challenges to the appropriate parties promptly. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Demonstrates leadership, motivation and strong communication skillsProven ability to address challenges and improve processesAbility to work overtime and/or weekends.Strong organizational skills including computer skills. (MS, Excel, Outlook, Word).Forklift Operator Certification required. Handle material up to 50 lbs.High School Diploma or GED
