**Job Description**
We are seeking an Assembly Technician for our fast-paced environment in Franklin, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various products, including test tubes, labeling tubes manually or using a labeling machine, and utilizing a heat sealing machine. You will also be involved in panel building and may be required to enter cold storage rooms for up to an hour at a time. Jackets will be provided for these tasks, and breaks will be available to warm up. The work is time-sensitive due to the need to maintain certain temperatures, and cross-training on the lab side is a possibility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble test tubes and other products.
+ Manually label tubes or use a labeling machine.
+ Utilize a heat sealing machine.
+ Engage in panel building activities.
+ Work in cold storage rooms for up to an hour at a time, with breaks to warm up.
+ Ensure all tasks are completed within time constraints to maintain product temperatures.
+ Participate in cross-training on the lab side as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 6-12 months of assembly experience.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.

**Hours**
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with additional hours as needed.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
