Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - 1:1 Support for Special Education Students Location: Inland Empire, CA Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, Minimum of 6 hours/day Pay Rate: $32-$35 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide 1:1 support for special education students in the Inland Empire. This role involves working closely with students who require specialized medical care, including: + G-tube feedings + Diabetic support + Seizure monitoring + Catheterizations Responsibilities: + Provide direct nursing care to special education students in a school setting. + Administer G-tube feedings and monitor students' nutritional needs. + Manage diabetic care, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration. + Monitor and respond to seizure activity, ensuring student safety. + Perform catheterizations and maintain proper hygiene and care. + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. + Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each student. + Assist with bus transportation as needed. Qualifications: + Valid LVN license in the state of California. + Experience working with special education students is preferred. + Strong clinical skills in G-tube feedings, diabetic care, seizure management, and catheterizations. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
