What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and manage HR operations across the Midwest region.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Drive talent development, acquisition, and retention initiatives.
