Overview The position will perform a variety of manual tasks involving physical labor and operation of a company vehicle on highway construction projects to assist in safe and efficient paving operations. Under the supervision of the Traffic Control Superintendent, the position will operate a company vehicle pulling a trailer full of traffic cones, barricades and markers. The position will assist in clearing and preparing highway work zones and rights of way by setting out and picking up traffic control devices while driving a company vehicle throughout the project site on a daily basis. The position will control traffic passing near, in and around work zones by use of paddles. Must have TC Certification. This is a safety sensitive position. Must be willing to travel.
