Position Description
Request for two senior programmers with ASP.NET. ASP.NET MVC 4, Team Foundeation Server 2012/Version Control, SQL Server 2008 R2, Test Driven Development, Entity Framework, HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheets 3, and Responsive Design Frameworks skills to support and enhance the MIACTs project/application. One Programmer for approximately 12 months and 1 programmer for approximately 6 months. LARA with the help of DTMB has received federal funding to create and pilot a web based case management system for the online submission of nursing home mandatory reportable incidents so that this process can be streamlined for all stakeholders. SCOPE OF WORK: Perform very technical development and testing responsibilities related to the MIACTS project. These senior developers will need to perform extensive and complicated development related tasks and must be able to effectively work through issues independently as they occur. These resources will be required for the extended time period of 05/1/2013 through 04/30/2014. Optional years for maintenance may be needed. TASKS: Technical support is required to perform and assist with the following tasks: Specific tasks may include but are not limited to: Design Programming Testing Troubleshooting Working with the clients Facilitating meetings Documentation 1. Senior Developers must be fluent in the following skill sets and must be able to perform duties related to the following applications. a. ASP.NET b. ASP.NET MVC 4 c.
