Position The .NET Lead Technical Developer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of workflow software applications, ensuring efficiency and efficacy for critical business operations. The candidate will play a key role in the implementation of large-scale software solutions for permitting, inspections, infrastructure maintenance, and other operational needs. SCOPE OF SERVICES As a .NET Lead Technical Developer, your responsibilities will include:
+ Designing and developing application modules using .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
+ Developing user interfaces using Razor/MVC5/MVVM patterns, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.
+ Implementing web services, building relational databases, and generating reports with Microsoft SQL Server tools (SSRS, SSIS).
+ Managing application architecture, performance optimization, and security frameworks.
+ Leading technical teams through SDLC phases, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
+ Collaborating with business analysts, QA specialists, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
+ Creating design artifacts, coding standards, and technical documentation.
+ Researching and recommending solutions for technical challenges.
+ Utilizing tools like Azure DevOps for version control, configuration management, and continuous integration.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
+ Minimum of 8 years’ experience in application software design, development, data analysis, databases, and implementation.
+ Strong expertise in Microsoft.NET and SQL Server technologies.
+ Hands-on development experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WPF, WCF, MVC, Microservices, and Visual Studio.
+ Proficiency in relational database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling tools.
+ Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and RUP.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
+ BA/BS Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
+ Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional or AWS/Azure Cloud Certification.
+ Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Backbone.
+ Experience with GIS mapping software, such as ESRI ArcGIS or Mapbox.
+ Familiarity with responsive design, wireless/mobile applications, and business intelligence systems.
+ Prior experience working in government projects.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
