We are partnered with a leading Tier 1 main contractor involved in key sectors including Civil Infrastructure, Transport, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial, Fit Out, Data Centre, and Pharmaceutical. Due to continued growth the organisation is in need of an experienced and highly skilled CSA Project Manager who will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of CSA packages, ensuring the smooth integration of civil, structural, and architectural elements into the overall project plan.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, specifically focused on the CSA packages.
Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors across civil, structural, and architectural disciplines ensuring seamless integration.
Ensure all CSA packages are executed to the highest standards, with strict adherence to design specifications, project documentation, and quality control measures.
Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, implementing proactive solutions to eliminate/minimise delays on project development.
Enforce compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all teams on site.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, ensuring that the project objectives and client expectations are met.
Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring progress is aligned with the project schedule.
Provide regular project status reports to the senior management team and clients, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
Participate in meetings to ensure that all CSA components are aligned with the overall project design and client requirements.
Lead, mentor, and support the project team, ensuring that everyone is clear on their responsibilities and that project goals are achieved efficiently.
Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.
7+ years of project management experience, with significant experience in CSA and projects within Data Centre.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and CSA in data centre construction techniques.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
