Job Summary

Plan and coordination of software development for airbag control unitSoftware requirements Management (Requirment analysis, Engeneering, Development and review)Software project monitoring and controlPlanning and communicate with development teamDelivery of a released software according to project timing schedule customer interface for SW topics

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the software in an assigned customer project:Quality (Pass quality gates)Planning, Montoring & ControlOn-Time-Delivery (OTD)Requirement managementContact person for customer questions concerning software topicsdevelopment strategy with development team according to processsupport project team for software tasksmanage software change requestsIdentify risks and risk path in software development for projectsPerform technical analysis triggered by defects and customer feedbackPerform required reviewsSupport Bosch and customer production line for software topics

QualificationsBachelor degree in automotive engineering,electrical engineering, information technologyWork experience in engineering, approx. 2-3 years, preferable in automotive industry; basic understanding of restraint system functions desiredTotal system thinking, analytical mind and knowledge of time-managementUnderstanding and presentation of complex topics and relationsStrong motivation, Good in conflict management and systematic problem solvingGood communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international local and global engineering teams (China, Germany, Vitenam.etc)Good communicationVery good in oral and written in Chinese and English
