获得市场情报,提供数据和报告,并给予有效的商业洞察,以支持团队规划和探索新的商业机会与旅游渠道建立良好的关系,处理来电客户的业务咨询并有效转化。通过销售拜访和市场调研搭建和维护指定区域的旅游渠道数据库通过有效的主动销售拜访开发潜在渠道客户负责指定的销售活动、项目的落地和执行协助销售经理搭建团队销售业绩追踪表,汇报及分析文本作为团队行政工作的主要沟通窗口,与内部其他部门保持良好的协作及沟通

Job Summary: As a Senior Specialist in travel Trade Sales, you will efficiently provide business insights, develop new opportunities, and drive sustainable sales revenue. This position is responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives via signed trades, contributing to the development of innovative sales strategies, and jointly achieving sales performance targets with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Resource Integration and Management: Collaborate with the team to integrate sales resources and leads, develop and execute integrated sales plans, and monitor their progress.Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.Sales Support and Performance Improvement: Provide support to the team in managing the sales pipeline, assist in developing sales training programs, monitor sales performance data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Desired Qualifications:

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.Experience in managing and integrating sales resources and sales leads in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Familiarity with tourist market channels is a plus.Skills and Abilities:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Demonstrated a strong desire to advance in a sales career.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.Language and Other Requirements:Command of both English and Mandarin.Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).Willingness to travel as required and work under pressure with a focus on results.
