• For OE Wiper systems within MA, you generate a link between Sales and Business Unit and act as a consultant for management and other stakeholders with focus on sales controlling topics.
• You coordinate the CN sales planning processes (BP, CF, CFM, MBR) for all relevant Sales KPIs (e.g. STP, PCR, Big 5 Compensations, Special Sales, A/R overdues,...), conduct measure and O/R tracking in close collaboration with the customer teams and monitor the overall sales performance, also with regard to GM1 and EBIT development. Moreover, you take an active part in consolidating said KPIs in the respective MA tools (e.g. ISA).
• You prepare and conduct management reviews, ensure consistent and reliable data and support Sales and Business Unit in steering with a content-based approach.
• You identify and execute process improvement opportunities, including automating existing reports and stream-lining processes to increase efficiency. As active member of the global Wiper-SCP-Community, you also exchange best practices with counterparts in other regions.
Knowledge and Certification:
• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, controlling or equivalent area of study
• 3 years or above of experience in controlling or sales

• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• English and Chinese written and spoken
