主要工作职责：

1.  高效地与门店团队沟通必要信息；

2.  有效地控制人力资源成本并确保用正确的方式配置每位团队成员；

3.  招募、培训、指导和发展团队以确保他们能始终传递品牌标准和完美的顾客体验；

4.  作为歌帝梵企业文化的大使, 并在日常团队沟通中不断强调；

5.  带领并激励门店员工达成公司制定的各项销售指标及关键绩效指标;

6.  分析门店的销售数据和关键绩效指标的完成情况，并在此基础上提出行动计划，以提高门店的营运业务表现；

7.  为顾客提供最优质的客户服务，确保门店员工遵循公司制定的销售步骤，热情地为顾客服务，满足他们需求;

8.  及时妥善处理顾客投诉及问询; 提高顾客满意度;

9.  执行顾客关系管理策略，维护长期顾客关系，以创造可持续业绩；

10.监督和管理公司规章制度、营运相关管理制度及流程在门店的执行；

11.管理并定期维护店内所有的设备、固定资产和其他器材；

12.确保完成相关的QA标准，食物和安全健康检查并按要求采取改进措施；

13.协助门店就食品质量管理体系有关事宜与外部联络；

14.跟踪店铺诸如产品订货计划，市场活动等所有项目，并给予相关部门建设性的反馈；

15.全面负责管理库存及食物和消耗品订单，确保门店100%满足顾客的需求，同时确保人效及运营成本；

16.确保按公司政策和流程来维持所有的现金和库存，保持其安全性，并采取必要措施确保交接库存和现金的安全性；

17.协助店内市场活动及陈列，确保所有活动和陈列能有效的执行和维护；

18.与营运管理团队准备并投入定期的业务回顾。

职位要求：

1.  巧克力爱好者；

2.  具有求知欲和主动性；

3.  具备电脑操作基础知识；

4.  良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；

5.  良好的管理及员工辅导能力；

6.  良好的生意敏感度及KPI分析能力；

7.  销售能力；

8.  大专及以上学历；

9.  具有英语能力者优先；

10.有5年及以上在顾客服务，分销，或食品行业经验，3年以上门店营运管理经验。

工作时间：季度综合工时制（作五休二或作一休一，根据店铺运营需要确定）

薪酬结构：基本工资+全勤奖+月度佣金，年底双薪
