Key Responsibilities

Finish daily work on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management System. 日常工作应符合质量管理体系EHS管理体系的要求。Work with related departments to meet customer requirements via routine production cycle management and supply chain activities, including below step: 与相关部门合作,通过日常的生产订单管理和供应活动满足客户需求,包括以下内容:(1).   Review sales forecast, and evaluate production capacity regular to ensure no capacity shortage in routine production. 定期回顾销售预测,评估生产能力,以确保日常生产中没有能力不足问题。(2).   Review raw material status regular, and coordinate all related departments to solve the material shortage in routine production. 定期回顾原材料状态,与相关部门协作解决原材料短缺问题。(3).   Use IFS/Oracle to manage production affair. 使用IFS/Oracle系统管理生产订单。(4).   Maintain parameter in IFS/Oracle to develop mater production schedule and raw material purchasing plan. 维护IFS/Oracle系统中的相关参数,以产生主生产计划和原材料采购计划。(5).   Develop production schedule and issue production batch tickets to satisfy customer request. 安排生产计划并分发生产单以满足客户需求。(6).   Follow up the daily production progress with related departments; take action to push up the delay batch. 与相关部门合作跟踪每日生产进程,并采取行动推进延迟批次。Analyze and management the inventory. 分析并管理库存。(1).   Review the safety stock setting both in plant and off-side warehouse regular, and coordinate related departments to update safety stock setting according the business trend. 定期回顾工厂内和外围仓库安全库存设定,并根据业务趋势定期调整安全库存设定。(2).   Analyze and optimize the inventory level to achieve company goal. 分析并优化库存以实现公司目标。(3).   Arrange the production schedule to eliminate the unavailable inventory. (RA, WOS, NOK…) 安排适当的生产计划以消耗无用库存。Provide the production analysis as request. 根据需要提供生产分析。

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent; related chemical knowledge and supply chain management experience is preferable化学、商务、工程等相关专业大学水平。有关化工和供应链管理的工作经验尤佳。Fluency in Chinese and English. 熟练掌握中英文。Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office. 熟练使用计算机。3 years experience in production planning. 3年以上有关生产计划的工作经验。Good communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills. 良好的沟通,计划,协调,合作以及解决问题的能力。
