Job DescriptionAs main technical contact window for BU(internal customer), full understand customer requirement and expectation, breakdown vehicle level requirement to Motor-ECU drive system requirementOrganize requirement analysis within PF engineering team, as bridge to exchange requirement between internal customer and PF teamCreate requirement in Doors system, do requirement maintenance in daily work, indicate all approved changesCan do BLDC motor E-mag simulation, continuous do motor parameter optimization to balance performance/quality/costUnderstand BLDC motor cotrol, such as  FOC, Field weakening control, Id=0 controlDrive system expert, have competence to match motor and ECU, define suitable motor and ECU specification

QualificationsBachelor or M.S. in technology, preferably electrical engineeringAt least 6 years relevant working experience in motor/ECU development, have developed at least 2 motor/ECU product from 0 to 1Experienced in Motor CAD, Maxwell, FOC control, Field weakeaning control, Id=0 controlTarget oriented, structured and team workGood communication skills both for local as well as global contacts
