岗位职责：

1. 项目规划与执行：负责规划项目的各个阶段，制定项目计划和时间表，并协调项目团队成员按计划执行任务。确保项目进展符合预期，并采取相应的措施解决问题。

2. 资源管理：协调项目所需的资源，包括人员、项目工作、预算等。确保资源合理分配，以支持项目的顺利进行。

3. 风险管理：识别项目风险，并提供风险管理策略。监控风险的发展，并及时采取措施进行风险控制和灾难恢复。

4. 沟通与协调：与项目团队、相关部门和利益相关者进行有效沟通和协调。确保所有相关方理解项目目标和进展，并及时解决问题和冲突。

5. 项目评估与报告：跟踪项目的进展和成果，进行定期评估和报告。向上级领导汇报项目情况，为决策提供数据支持。

岗位要求：

1. 良好的领导能力和团队合作精神。

2. 熟悉项目管理软件和工具，如Microsoft Project等。
