Your Key Responsibilities Assembly feasibility analysis for new prototypes (BLDC, Powerpack etc.) Assembly process development(pressing, welding, screwing, gluing etc.) Fixture/tooling concept discussion with tool designer Order fixtures, tools and standard parts Assembly trial run/assembly process optimization Assembly work instruction Lessons learnt and improvement Train operator Problems solving during prototype assembly process Continuous improvement such as assembly efficiency, low cost fixture etc. Your Qualifications 2-5 years of Assembly experience on mechatronic parts (BLDS, PCBA, Powerpack etc.) Knowledge of ESD Knowledge of testing process about BLDC/Powerpack will be a plus Electric knowledge will be a plus Good English on both reading and writing Can work overtime acc. project’s urgency Good communication skills Bachelor or above degree
