We are looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst who is with strong leadership and understanding of agile software development methodology, system backend integration, API development, also deeply understands the business environment to refine requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of the customer outcome being delivered by the Squad and ensure the stability of systems.

【岗位职责】

1、Gain In-depth knowledge about business processes and purpose from multiple source, including business stakeholders and upstream/downstream application business/tech teams, to identify business problems and requirements.

从多个来源(包括业务利益相关者和上游/下游应用业务/技术团队)获得有关业务流程和目的的深入知识，以识别业务问题和需求。

2、Interpret business requirements, system integration requirement, API integration requirement. And document the requirements clearly

解释业务需求，系统集成需求，API集成需求。并且清楚地记录需求

3、Acts as scrum master to organize the daily work of the team, track & monitor the progress. Facilitate the squad in an agile development environment, keep the team running and exercises planning, estimation, delivery smoothly and effectively, also help team growing and performing

作为scrum主管组织团队的日常工作，跟踪和监控进度。在敏捷开发环境中促进团队的发展，保持团队的运行，并顺利有效地进行计划、评估、交付，同时帮助团队成长和执行

4、Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Leads regular status meetings with development team

有效地促进团队和客户会议。领导开发团队的定期状态会议

5、Ensures all stakeholders are kept informed of the status of product development, major risks & issues, in particular for major development items

确保所有利益相关者了解产品开发的状态、主要风险和问题，特别是主要开发项目

 

【岗位要求】

1、Good command of both spoken and written English (a must)

流利的英文口语和书面写作（如不具备该要求，请勿投递，谢谢理解！！）

2、Bachelor's degree or above in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering, or information systems. Or 10+ years’ working experience in IT industry

计算机科学、信息技术、工程或信息系统相关专业本科以上学历。或10年以上IT行业工作经验

3、7+ years’ experience as business analyst, system analyst or related role

7年以上业务分析师、系统分析师或相关职位经验

4、Experienced in delivery of system backend development, system integration, API development etc.

具有系统后端开发、系统集成、API开发等交付经验。

5、Capacity to connect with and engage cross-functional, multi-region partners and customers to achieve the desired results

与跨职能、多区域的合作伙伴和客户建立联系并参与其中，以实现预期结果的能力

6、Good knowledge & experience working with agile methodologies, principally Scrum

良好的敏捷方法知识和经验，主要是Scrum

7、Active and independent worker, with growth mindset

工作积极、独立，具有成长型思维
