岗位职责:

全流程优化端侧大模型RAG系统核心组件，包括Query理解与改写、语义检索、检索生成与适配等；端侧RAG全场景用户体验优化：针对特定任务优化模型下游任务性能，包括提示工程中的模型角色，输出格式，Prompting执行策略等端侧大模型在RAG复杂任务优化：针对系统架构优化工作流程，包括Router分发，决策判断, 任务分解等

岗位要求:

硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；2年以上工作经验，大模型和RAG优化有1年及以上工作经验。较强的算法开发能力，对前沿领域的研究和探索有热情；熟悉Langchain，llamaIndex等大模型开发框架；熟悉Fine-tuning, Prompt-Engineering等设计思想；熟悉大模型检索生成领域最新的进展熟悉Microsoft Copilot等RAG大模型实际应用优先能够独立承担工作任务，同时具备优秀的团队协作精神和沟通能力 Additional Locations:  * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
