长期驻扎矿区，并对矿山现场电缆安装进行指导并下井提供快速响应支持，对我公司矿山电缆的售后使用情况进行跟踪，并对现场售后服务提供支持。
对于产生的客户投诉，进行沟通协调并对现场问题进行初步快速处理。
对公司产品现场的应用进行信息收集，并对客户满意度负责。
在矿区现场，特别是矿山用户基层进行宣传公司品牌，增加客户满意度

收集竞争对手情况为公司持续改进产品性能提供支持和帮助
