This position is to develop RWE strategy and planning, and to supervise local RWE generation activities
Your role:
1. Develop RWE strategy (short- and medium-term) for each TA in alignment with MASP

Identify evidence gaps, drives & manages delivery of the respective RWE plan with responsibility for budget and timeline

2. Manages delivery of all RWE initiatives that meet predefined quality threshold and achieve set targets 

Lead the cross-functional RWE project team and leverages best practices, experiences & knowledge, ensure quality and timelineInitiate or governance agency on RWS concept, design and data collectionSet up standard process for RWE generation activitiesManages the appropriate relationships and service levels with external vendors

3. Explore and evaluate database and big data resources, HCO, agencies for future collaboration

Generate data using innovative approaches, such as big-dataProvide support to TA initiated studies on STAT and study design if needed

4. Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex topics and proactively identifies solutions to problems or bottlenecks, supports TA in developing innovative approaches and perspective regarding data generation
5. Create workable system to track, collect and analyze real world data
6. Evaluate external databases that can be used for RWE generation
7. Maintain strong and stable scientific exchanges with external RWE experts

 

Who you are:

Academic (MD, master, PhD is preferrable) degree in epidemiology from an internationally recognized university or equivalent professional experienceScientific and / or clinical training in area of relevance to position strongly preferred Other advanced degree (non-scientific) and/or business degree/training is advantageous  Minimum 5 years professional experience in an international Pharma/ Biotech setting in RWE functionProven track record of successful RWE projects either in Pharma/ Biotech company or medical agencyFamiliar with clinical studyFamiliar or having collaborated with big data company is a plus
