WET/CMP area のManufacturing technicianとして、様々なdata収集やまとめ、問題点の明確化を行い生産ラインを健全な状態を維持する責任を負います。

職務責任：
・Fab15 のビジネス プラン、戦略、目標を理解することができる。
・様々なdate抽出や問題の明確化及び提案。
・cycle timeの問題点の抽出や改善。
・担当Areaの設備総合効率(OEE)改善
・生産効率を向上させ、生産コストを低減。

・データー収集、問題提議及び改善を提案することができる。 
・目標達成にコミットし、粘り強く取り組めること。 
・最終目標の実現のために様々な相手と協働できる優れたコミュニケーション能力。  
・時間を管理し複数のタスクこなせる能力。 

必須条件：

・高校卒業以上

・ Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど）基本的なソフトウエアを 使用できる。

・ 日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

勤務時間：日勤 8:30 - 17:15
