Job Objective:

To make day detail production plan according Master Production Schedule form SCM;To distribute work order timely, accurately and coordinate in line efficiency improvement etc.Create and update BOM& Recipe. Coordinate and execute SAP in SU manufacturing part. Do transfer requirement in SAP according the materials application form (material return form)

Main Responsibilities：

Cooperate to make Master Production Schedule according to the received market demand, materials status and capacity;Raise day production plan according MPS and distribute process orders timely and accurately;  Coordinate in line efficiency improvementDo transfer requirement in SAP according the materials application form (material return form)Coordinate validation/qualification and commercial production and coordinate materials for those production; Give training and coaching on related staff. Create and update BOM& Recipe. Updated related SOP and document timelyTo analyze and report cost variance of the commercial product;To assist the department cost tracking and PR issue in SAP;  Other duties required by the superior. 

Qualification Requirement ：

 

Professional Competence：

University or college graduate in SCM, chemistry, pharmaceutics, biology etc. Extensive professional experience 2+ years, preferred in life science， pharmaceutics, biology industry ; Knowledge of SAP principles, Materials Management best practices, preferred good manufacturing practicesAbility to work effectively across the matrix organization interacting with Supply Chain, and Quality functions.

 

Personal Competence :

 

Good teamwork attitude, initiative and hardworking, good communication skills.English
