Job Description:
Regional Manager will execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals. This position focuses on effective leadership of field sales associates, execution of sales strategy and objectives, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders in the business.
What are we looking for?1、专科及以上学历;2、10年以上FMCG销售经验,3年以上销售管理经验;
3、拥有专业的经销商管理能力,较强的市场判断及数据分析能力;
4、良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属,带领团队达成预定业绩目标;
5、强烈的责任心及职业操守,善于在压力下开展工作;
6、有开发市场,搭建通路的能力和经验。What will be your key responsibilities?管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求,包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”1、负责豫北城市群所有业务运作及销售团队;
2、负责辖区销售预测、制定每期销售计划,确保销售目标达成;
3、追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实;
4、关注经销商,权重批发商,重点零售客户,定期做生意回顾和机会分析,跟进各项过程指标达成;
5、明确团队成员工作职责和目标,定期进行绩效回顾;
