What can you expect from Mars?1，负责辖区销售预测、制定每期销售计划，确保销售目标达成；
2，追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实；
3，关注经销商，权重批发商，重点零售客户，定期做生意回顾和机会分析，跟进各项过程指标达成；
4，整合各类资源（人员、费用、车辆等）；
5，提高资源使用效率明确团队成员工作职责和目标，定期进行绩效回顾；
6，团队人员凝聚，激励，营造良好的团队氛围，提升战斗力。
