材料科学及相关专业硕士及以上学位，具备金属、非金属材料研究与应用背景。熟悉金属材料（如钛合金、不锈钢、铝合金）及非金属材料（如PC、PE、PP、PET）的特性、应用及加工工艺。具备金属3D打印、粉末冶金、热处理、非金属注塑成型等相关技术的实践经验，能够在不同工艺条件下优化材料性能。熟悉材料性能分析、质量控制、故障诊断等，具备较强的问题解决能力。具备较强的实验设计与数据分析能力，能够独立完成研究并提出具有创新性的技术方案。良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够推动技术成果的实施与推广。熟练使用SEM、XRD、DSC等专业材料分析工具及软件。具有较强的创新思维和技术突破能力，能够持续提升材料系统的性能并推动技术进步。
