CTS division is responsible for all aftermarket business including support and service to our customers. To further strengthen engineering team in CTS wuxi hub, we are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer focus on spare part localization and availability.

You will report to the engineering team leader and work very closely with other CTS departments in  Wuxi (China) and Airpower (Belgium).

You will have frequent contact with purchasing team and our suppliers.

Your tasks but not limited to :

Classify the resourcing lists by commodities from technical sidePrepare and document CTS qualification plans by commodities like coolers, seals, valves and castings….Help to build up test competence (inhouse or outsource) for parts enduranceActively involve in localization PTM and give proposals from technical point of viewDesign and review 3D model & drawings and release into PLM systemProvide alternative solutions for obsolete parts in after marketWork with business process engineer to reduce parts variants in our system

Competence and qualification:

Major in Engineering and rich experiences in mechanical designUnderstand the principle of different technology of compressors and know the basic functions of critical components insideGood command of English both oral and writtenComputer skills (MS office). Inventor or another CAD-program experience is an asset.Familiar with PLM(Enovia) release flowTeam player, but able to work individualProven track record in project management & product developmentSelf-starter and critical thinking
