This position reports to

Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

1. Responsible for the debugging and technical management of industrial electronic robot system integration.2. Arrange and manage the specific work of industrial electronic robot debugging engineers, review configurations and programs.3. Organize training related to system integration for the industrial electronic robot debugging engineer team (including ABB robot function package and OSS training), to enhance the team's technical capabilities.4. Responsible for the standardization of robot programming and work process standardization, ensuring consistency of program versions and key parameters across multiple sites.5. Lead the team to complete on-site debugging and acceptance at customer locations.6. Assist the department manager in completing other related work.

Qualifications for the role

1.Bachelor's degree or above, in related fields such as mechanical and electrical/electrical automation/control.2. Over 5 years of experience（More than 2 years of experience in managing technical teams） in the application of integrated projects in the automotive industry automation production line, with rich experience in robot debugging.3. Familiar with the robot standards of major international and domestic OEMs (such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.), including feature packages and programs.4. Proficient in the configuration, online/offline programming, and robot simulation (RobotStudio simulation and PDPS simulation) of ABB industrial robots, familiar with ABB industrial robots.5. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for technical communication and document writing.6. Proactive, diligent, and serious in work, able to withstand work pressure, adapt to business trips.7. High sense of responsibility, self-management ability, problem-solving ability, willingness to take responsibility, and good team spirit.
