Job Description

90 percent of managers at Bosch come from our own ranks. One of the reasons for this: the Junior Managers Program (JMP).

Together with your mentor, we prepare you for taking on managerial tasks in our company. The factors leading to success are the same today as in the past: practical orientation, tailor-made content, and focus beyond borders.

It is a development program for global talents, a pipeline of next generation Bosch global executives with global resources and platform.

What does JMP, the individualized program offer?

You can start as an HR BP or CoE, and prepared to be the pipeline for senior BP or TM/OD CoE in the future. As future CoE, you should have strong conceptual thinking to be able to research and develop the HR product based on customer requirement.

QualificationsMaster degree or above, majoring in human resource/phycology is a plus, oversea experience preferred More than 3-5 year working experience in talent management or organizational developmentConsulting firm background is preferredConceptual thinking, problem solving and consultancy Good at communication and resource integration, confident to do eye-to-eye level dialogue with executive managementHigh team spirit with strong collaboration & influencingSensitivity to market trends, conceptualized of the rough data to the biz insights
