DC are facing strong local competition with acceptable performance, quality but low price. In order to sustain our profitable growth, we need to build up the strategic PRM manager, to understand the future market development, technology & product requirement, define the future product roadmap with clear specification, performance and target price/cost.
To support the strategy “Think Big” of the business Unit DC-IH for international business.
1. Understand the local market requirement via different approach, e.g. key customer visit, competitor benchmark, etc
2. Define further fit to market product portfolio roadmap w/ clear specification and target price/cost.
3. Seamless co-operation between international and local engineering on product development, improvement and customization w/ fast time manner.
4. Strategy Map alignment between local and central application, product and sales.
5. E2E product life cycle management (phase-out and new product launch)
1. Master degree in mechanics, hydraulic, mechatronics or other related major.
2. Familiar w/ hydraulic technology development as plus.
3. 1-5 years’ experience in the related industry, Product management experience is a plus.
4. Team working spirit and effective communication.
5. Fluent English skill. German as a plus.
