You will work closely with engineering, project management and plant team to support the project excellence and secure the external and internal quality requirement. It is to satisfy the customer and support our business growth.
This role includes developing the digital tooling or method for improving the quality assurance efficiency and lean process.
Based on the product life cycle, the role perform the quality management coach and governance for project safe launch;
The SW quality management is also the important task for delivering the robustness and reliable product to our customer;
The digitalization in quality area is another task for efficient improvement by new technology(Like AI or Automation etc.)
 

 Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
 2-5 years of experience in embedded software development or validation.  Experience in ADAS or Cockpit product is preferred
 Basic quality management knowhow and problem solving skill. ASPICE knowhow is preferred.
 Be innovtive and open mind for new technology;
 Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and able to explain complex ideas/concepts with accuracy
 Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
