Financial Digital Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team in Japan. As a Financial Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our Japanese subsidiary to digitally transform its finance function. You will be responsible for assessing the current state of our finance function implementing digital solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Change Management and Communication:

Effectively manage change throughout the digital transformation process, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported.Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the digital transformation initiative.Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Project Implementation and Support:

Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions for the finance function.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process maps.Provide training and support to end users on new digital solutions.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Support System (PSS) activities to ensure the successful deployment of new systems.

Additional Responsibilities

Assess the current state of the finance function and identify opportunities for digital transformationLead and manage digital transformation projects from start to finishStay up-to-date on the latest digital technologies and trendsProvide guidance and support to other team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field3+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, with 1+ years as a lead implementerFamiliarity with production manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and sales modulesExperience in designing and implementing financial process systemsCBAP or other business analysis certification is a plusFluent in Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written)Strong change management and communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills Additional Locations:  * China - Liaoning - 大连（Dalian） * China * China - Liaoning * China - Liaoning - 大连（Dalian）
