To strengthen our team in Zhangjiagang , we are looking for you as a(n) 工厂技术员. 岗位职责： 遵守岗位相应的法律法规及其它要求，理解并遵守公司的EHSS方针、程序、标准和规定。 - 上岗前体检合格并参与定期的健康监护（体检和结果咨询）以确保没有职业禁忌症。 - 满足法规和EHSS方针的培训要求，并且上岗前需通过岗位特定的培训。 - 承担岗位相关的EHSS职责并积极参与EHSS的项目和活动以确保无工伤事故。保证本岗位在安全、健康和环保的要求下进行生产活动。 - 根据已建立的工作流程、标准操作程序，从事需要技能和经验的高技术含量和高复杂性的岗位，例如DCS操作与工艺监控、槽罐车装卸、现场巡检与投料、过程取样与质量控制。监控主厂房、槽罐区、包装区的各装置及公用工程运行平稳。 - 负责各条生产线的操作和运行，将生产工艺参数控制在适当的范围之内，保证质量。完成主管所指派的工作任务，如生产、投料、打扫卫生等。 - 根据要求操作所负责的设备和区域，利用知识和经验使所负责的设施在安全和最佳的状态下运行。 - 进行生产过程中的质量检验, 积极主动地发现并提交质量改善建议。 - 参与质量、安全事件和客户投诉的调查，并负责改正活动的具体实行。 - 参与工厂设备的日常检查和维护，协助班组进行安全作业监护工作 - 负责车间与工厂的安全协调工作，积极主动地发现并提交安全改善建议。 - 保持工作场所的良好的5S标准。 - 其他主管分配的工作。 岗位要求： - 具有2年以上化工行业一线操作经验。 - 熟悉基本化学反应和化工工艺，熟悉常见的化工设备。 - 了解基本的工艺自动控制原理， DCS工作经验优先。 - 有甲类车间操作经验，取得制冷设备操作证，锅炉操作证优先。 - 能知道化工基本英文。 - 工作主动，具有团队合作精神。 - 愿意做倒班工作。 - 普通高中学历或化工类中等职业教育学历及以上。 As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
