作为迪士尼大学的重要一员,学习与发展经理将领导专业团队深度参与迪士大学的各类组织发展和领导力发展项目,驱动学习与发展领域的数字化转型,并助力度假区演职人员的职业发展。主要职责包括组织发展能力建设和项目管理,领导力发展项目的执行和落地,软技能和标准化课程体系管理,学习发展部门的数字化能力和数字化学习平台搭建,团队管理和日常运营管理,以及参与学习与发展团队的其他项目。

工作内容:

组织发展

与总部组织与发展部门保持紧密联系,学习相关经验并借助其力量打造上海迪士尼人力资源部组织发展能力,建立组织发展工具资源库与人力资源业务伙伴密切协作,对业务部门开展组织诊断,进而分析组织发展需求以及组织对人才能力的要求,就组织发展需求提供相应的学习发展策略和解决方案采取不同的方式和工具,设计并引导业务工作讨论以达到预期产出,包括但不限于新提案的头脑风暴,战略形成,问题解决,提升团队协作,以及复盘等

领导力发展

将迪士尼领导力发展项目本土化,根据上海迪士尼度假区的业务和领导力发展情况进行课程内容和讲授方式的调整与优化管理所负责领导力发展项目的执行,安排上课计划和讲师资源,负责学员沟通和监督出勤状态

软技能和标准化课程管理

基于总部的框架和学习资源,制定软技能和标准化课程体系的整体框架和年度计划,持续丰富软技能和标准化课程选项担任所负责软技能培训课程的产品经理,持续优化课程质量和上课效果参与设计并教授软技能课程,并通过发展内部讲师丰富讲师资源

数字化学习平台搭建和运营

制定迪士尼大学数字化学习整体规划,系统搭建数字化平台,完善员工数字化学习体验,提升混合式学习的有效性建立学习发展部门的数字化能力,包括设计微课,设计混合式学习项目,在线学习项目的管理和运营,在线学习项目的效果评估等与供应商和公司相关部门合作搭建数字化学习平台,并持续丰富和完善平台内容和功能协助学习与发展部门同事将现有软技能和标准化课程体系逐步转化为在线学习和混合式学习内容,提升培训的效能为公司其他有建立在线学习内容需求的部门提供咨询和定制化的学习发展解决方案

职业发展管理

基于总部的职业发展框架和资源,搭建上海迪士尼度假区的职业发展框架和资源体系充分借助各类平台和渠道(如:在线学习平台,公司内部沟通渠道,内部导师平台,迪士尼大学大讲堂等),通过理念宣传、故事讲述、能力提升、资源分享等多种方式打造职业发展的文化和理念,助力度假区演职人员的职业发展

学习发展项目管理

作为项目经理或项目核心成员,定义项目目标、项目计划、所需资源和衡量指标与内部不同业务部门的伙伴协作,安排相关任务,解决问题,确保目标达成制定沟通策略,利用不同沟通渠道以及故事讲述的方式宣传相关概念和关键信息管理复杂的工作人际关系,将项目进展及时通知相关的利益相关方

团队管理和日常运营

有效安排团队资源和相关流程以满足迪士尼大学运作需求并监督团队高效完成工作目标发展和辅导团队成员,提高团队成员的综合能力,建立积极高效协作的团队协助部门负责人,建立和完善大学运营流程和规则,管理大学的日常运营

我们希望您:

拥有本科及以上学历拥有至少六年到八年在学习与发展,人才管理或组织发展方面的经验热爱迪士尼品牌及其文化,愿意在工作中致力于传播迪士尼品牌文化及精神具备灵活性和在快节奏的环境下工作的能力具备项目管理技能以及管理复杂项目的经验能够教授指定内容以及议程并能根据不同的群体来改变教学方法和风格具备出色的中英文书面以及口头沟通技巧

Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary:

From Orientation to Leadership Development, Disney University always play a role in Cast Member’s growth in the Company.

The Learning & Development Manager will play an instrumental role in leading and participating in various organization development and leadership development projects, driving the digitalization of learning and development at Shanghai Disney Resort, and contributing to the career development of Cast Members. Main responsibilities include organizational development capability building and project management, execution and implementation of leadership development projects, soft skills and standard offering management, digital capabilities and digital learning platform enhancement, team management and learning operation management, and participating in other projects of Disney University.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Development

Maintain close contact with the Global Organization Development team, leverage global resources to build the organizational development capability in Shanghai Disney Resort, develop the toolkits and resources in the areas of organization developmentWork closely with HRBP, lead or participate in organizational development project, provide diagnosis and consultation service, address the OD needs from business with L&D solutionsUse a combination of different facilitation and problem-solving tools, support on designing and facilitating various workshop or discussions for business

Leadership Development

Based on the global leadership development framework, localize the global leadership development programs/resources, adjust the learning approach and content as appropriate based on local needsLead the execution the leadership development programs, including developing program roll-out plans, building facilitator resources, engaging stakeholders, managing program communication and operation, etc.

Soft Skill/ Standard Learning Offering

Based on the global learning & development framework and resources, develop the overall curriculum and annual plan of soft skill related learning, continuously enrich the learning contents and offeringAct as the product manager for the learning offerings, continuously improve the course delivery effectiveness and develop facilitator resource pool

Learning Digitalization

Formulate the digitalization 3-5 year plan for the learning and development function, build the digital platform, improve digital learning experience of our Cast Members, and improve the effectiveness of blended learningBuild the digital capability of the learning & development function, including digital learning content design, blended learning experience design, online learning program management and evaluation, etc.Work closely with supplier and relevant partners within the company to build the digital learning platform, continuously enrich and enhance the functionality and contentCollaborate with team members to transfer the existing learning offering into digital or blended learning experiences, improve the learning efficiency and effectivenessProvide customized blended learning solutions for line of business

Career Development

Based on the Career@Disney framework, develop career development framework and resources for Shanghai Disney ResortLeverage various internal platforms and channels (e.g. digital learning platform, internal communication channel, mentoring platform, Disney University Forum), cultivate career development mindset and culture via communication, storytelling, capability building and resources sharing to support the career development of our Cast Members

Project Management

As project manager or core project member, define project goals, project plan, required resources and success measuresCollaborate with partners to arrange relevant tasks, solve problems, and ensure that goals are achievedDevelop a communications strategy that utilizes different communication channels and storytelling to promote relevant concepts and key messagesManage complex work interfaces and effectively engage stakeholders

Team Management & Learning Operations

Effectively team members, allocate tasks, monitor the progress to achieve objectivesProviding coaching to subordinates and help them to develop, improve the overall capabilities of the team members and establish high performing team with positivity.Working closely with the Head of Disney University on the learning & development function process and policy design, as well as learning operations

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and aboveAt least 6-8 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, talent management, organizational development, and/or team development.Have related experience in organizational development project and have related knowledgePassionate about Disney Brand and its culture, willing to devote yourself into promoting Disney Brand and spiritAbility to be flexible and working in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management skills and have related experience to manage complex projects. Ability to deliver trainings and adapting approach and style to a variety of audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
