Job DescriptionImprove the performance of the assigned Workshops in responsible area, providing consultant service regarding operation and development, acclording to Bosch workshop concepts and Franchising.根据博世汽车服务站的理念和加盟连锁的要求，负责提升本区域内的博世汽车服务站的表现，提供有关经营和发展的咨询服务""Mornitoring, deploying, controlling and developing (PDCA circle) Bosch Car Service and other Bosch concept workshops, in order to implement all packages within the respective package监控、部署、发展（全面质量管理方法）博世汽车服务站和其它博世概念的服务站，实施所有与其相关的服务要求"Monitor quality, processes, skill, CD/CI and communication activities, businsess development, turnover of assigned workshops. 监控所负责的服务站的质量、流程、技能、公司标识的使用、推广活动、业务发展、营业额等           

Qualifications211/985 education with outstanding data analysis ability, customer-oriented and result-driven 211/985学历，优秀的数字解读、分析能力，客户中心、结果导向Understanding of service network management 了解服务网络管理End consumer marketing know-how (B2C) 有企业到终端消费者的行业工作经验Is able to use PDCA cycle to manage 能使用全面质量管理工具Good communication skills to different level in a matrix organization e.g. Reginal Office, Headquarter and Bosch Car Service network 良好的沟通技能和跨职能合作能力，能在矩阵型组织内处理好与不同层级的沟通关系（如大区中心、总公司、网络等）Sales and conceptual thinking 销售和概念性思考能力Technical understanding related to the automotive industry, knowledge in automotive products / systems; Aftermarket industry/experience is preferred 如了解关于汽车行业技术, 了解汽车相关产品/系统, 有汽车售后市场的从业经历更佳
