职位介绍：

作为上海迪士尼乐园健康项目的关键技术资源支持，负责上海迪士尼度假区主要健康计划的开发、实施支持和维持。该职位需要为健康团队提供日常指导、反馈和发展，以开发、实施和维持其指定业务的主要健康计划。该职位需要运用合理的技术判断来执行并支持其他人识别、评估、分析和解决上海迪士尼度假区不同群体的各种健康问题。

工作内容：

为“游客”提供急救服务，根据需求为酒店或乐园游客提供上门就诊。为“演职人员”提供急救，基本医疗服务，基础公共卫生服务，基础职业卫生服务。进行合适的病患护理和治疗并按要求协调和转诊病患至指定的医院。提供合适的紧急医疗/创伤响应和护理，包括人员紧急疏散的准备和管理参与定期紧急医疗演习，以评估医疗人员在应对受伤/生病“游客/演职人员”时的准备状态。评估和及时治疗工作相关的伤病，包括评估、治疗，以及定期追踪，以确保对伤病的适当治疗，并根据地方法规和美国OSHA损伤分类指南进行分类。理解并遵守地方职业卫生规范。依需求设立并维持职业健康监护项目，以应对新的职业卫生危害。定期和安全服务部配合进行回顾及评估。为职业卫生事宜提供医疗咨询和专业方案。协同参与事故/事件调查。根据需要支持人力资源团队实施健康促进项目和服务（健康体检、健康评估、健康讲座）。提升雇员对其健康和生活平衡的参与度，为未来构建一个弹性而多产的雇员团队。支持各业务线和安全，就休假、工作限制、及顺应调整流程协助“演职人员”。为长期休假/残障的“演职人员”进行返岗时是否适于工作的评估。提供“基本急救培训”（如心肺复苏术、自动体外除颤器）为“度假区”举行的特殊活动提供医疗待命。立刻报告任何医疗实践的违背行为和伤病的不当治疗。由直线经理分配或运营需要的其他任务

我们希望您：

大学本科或以上学历（临床医学）医师资格证书及医师执业证书（内科，外科，全科医学专业）有5年以上的工作经验，有外资公司相关工作经验优先有很强的医疗紧急响应的能力流利的口语和书面英语熟悉使用办公软件强大的人际交往能力和高度的积极性热情，开朗，有团队精神，客户服务意识持有AHA导师证书会是一个优选项

As an expert in security, safety, fire and health services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of the entire resort. You will design safety protocols, formulate strategies and guarantee that guests can enjoy a safe and magical experience. Throughout the implementation process, you will collaborate closely with frontline cast members, upholding industry-leading standards and effectively executing safety plans.

Job Summary

Serve as the key technical resource and are responsible for the development, implementation support and sustainment of key health programs of Shanghai Disney Resort. This role is required provide the day-to-day direction, feedback and development to the health team in the development, implementation and sustainment of key health programs for their designated business. This role is required to use sound technical judgment to perform and support others in the identification, assessment, analysis and solving of a broad spectrum of health issues across a diverse group of Shanghai Disney Resort.

What You’ll Do:

Provide First Aid services to “Guest”, and provide “visit” first aid services to hotel guest or park guest if needed.Provide first aid, primary medical services, primary public health services, and primary occupational health services to “Cast Member”Provide proper patient care and treatment to patients (guest/cast) and coordination with, and referral of them to designated hospitals as required.  Provide appropriate emergency medical/trauma response and care including the preparation and management of emergency evacuations of personnelParticipate in periodic emergency medical evacuation drills as directed to evaluate the preparedness of dealing with an injured/illness Guest/Cast.Assessment and immediate treatment of work-related illness or injury including assessment, treatment, and regular follow up of all cases, to ensure proper treatment of injuries and illnesses and correct classification of injuries according to local regulation and OSHA injury classification guidelines. Understand and comply with local occupational health regulationsCreate and maintain medical surveillance programs as needed to address novel occupational health hazards. Review with Safety Services representatives on a regular basis.Provide medical consultation and expertise for occupational health matters.。Participant in incident/accident investigation if needed.Support HR team on wellness programs and services (biometrics, health assessments, wellness lectures) as needed. increase employee engagement in their health and life balance in order to build a resilient and productive workforce for the futureSupport LOB and safety to assist Cast Members on leave, restriction, and accommodation processesEstablish processes for fitness for duty for Cast Members returning to work from extended absences/disability Provide Basic First Aid Training (e.g. CPR, AED)Provide medical standby for the special events held at ResortImmediately report any breaches of medical practices and the improper treatment of injuries and illnessesOther task assigned by line manager or deemed by operation.

Bachelor degree or above (Clinical Medicine)Doctor license (internal medicine, surgeon, or general practice)At least 5 years working experience, multinational company experience is preferredStrong capability of medical emergency responseFluent in both spoken and written EnglishBe familiar with office softwareStrong interpersonal skills and high degree of motivationFull passion, open, teamwork spirit, customer services senseAHA instructor certificate is a Plus
