The ideal candidate will be responsible for the characterization of power modules in both the lab and plant settings. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our SiC power modules.

Job DescriptionDevelop and execute test plans for SiC power modules in the lab and plant environments;Perform electrical, thermal characterization of power modules;Play an active role to build up power device characterization lab and test capabilities;Support reliability validation test spec. plan, set up and result analysis;Analyze and interpret test data to identify performance trends and potential issues;Collaborate actively with cross-functional R&D teams and internal /external labs;Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation;Stay up-to-date with automotive standards and best practices related to SiC power module testing;Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies.在实验室和工厂环境中开发并执行碳化硅功率模块的测试计划；对功率模块进行电气和热特性测试；积极参与建立功率器件特性实验室和测试能力；支持可靠性验证测试规范的制定、设置和结果分析；分析和解释测试数据，以识别性能趋势和潜在问题；积极与跨职能研发团队以及内部/外部实验室合作；制定并维护测试程序和文件；了解与碳化硅功率模块测试相关的汽车标准和最佳实践；为测试流程和方法的持续改进做出贡献

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer or comparable.Proven experience in testing and characterization of SiC power modulesStrong understanding of power electronics and semiconductor devicesProficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and thermal impedance measurement equipmentsExperience with data analysis and interpretation using tools such as MATLAB or PythonExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamInnovative thinking, proactive working attitude, accurate and willing to perform教育背景：电气工程、机电一体化、计算机或类似专业的学士或硕士学位；具备在碳化硅功率模块测试和特性分析方面的经验；对于功率电子学和半导体器件有较深入的理解；熟练运用示波器、功率分析仪和热阻测试设备等实验室设备；具有使用MATLAB或Python等工具进行数据分析和解释的经验；出色的问题解决和故障排除能力；良好的沟通和协作能力；能够独立工作并且具备团队合作精神；创新思维，积极主动的工作态度，准确并且愿意执行
