全渠道赋能经理 Marketing Channel Delivery Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Channel Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Pfizer’s digital engagement platforms, ensuring seamless interactions between healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Pfizer. This role will oversee the PfizerPro brand site and webinar platform, support BU marketing teams in campaign execution across channels, and drive SOP and compliance management within the Marketing Channel Delivery (MCD) team. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this position ensures effective, compliant, and data-driven use of digital marketing channels to enhance customer engagement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the Business Process Owner (BPO) for PfizerPro, liaising with BU Marketing and Medical teams to implement content and feature requestsOversee the development, maintenance, and operations of the PfizerPro, covering both brand sites and medical sitesDrive the adoption and operational success of the PfizerPro Webinar platformRegularly review PfizerPro’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with marketing & medical teams to optimize digital channel strategiesSupport major marketing campaigns (e.g., 2024 ASCO Campaign, 2025 A+ Campaign) by coordinating campaign requirements and designing execution plansAct as the MCD team’s Point of Contact (PoC) during campaigns, orchestrating all MCD channel resources to enhance digital impactManage and update MCD’s cross-channel SOPs, ensuring timely revisions and compliance with operational protocolsConduct regular internal quality check within the MCD team and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed

QUALIFICATIONS: 

BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred5-7 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, with a strong background in digital channel operations, digital marketing, or digital platform managementProven experience in managing business processes related to digital platforms, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryHands-on experience in website management, webinar platforms, or omnichannel engagement strategies targeted at HCPsStrong project management skills, including cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and execution of large-scale marketing campaignsFamiliarity with customer engagement analytics, with the ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insightsExperience in SOP management, quality control, and compliance oversight, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standardsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive process improvementsExcellent communication and coordination skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiativesFluent in English and Mandarin, with strong business writing and presentation skills
