您的职责将包括：

1. 主导低压产品的新项目，参与压缩机的设计，以及零部件设计。

2. 与本地项目团队密切合作，与位于欧洲总部的设计团队进行合作。

3. 对于产品性能优化和国产化的项目，工作内容包括准备技术文档，制定项目测试计划，制定预算以及成本控制。

4. 与本地项目组配合，对现有产品进行持续的性能优化以及成本改善。

5. 产品设计过程中，要充分考虑产品的装配，产品的加工制作，以及产品的售后维护，要有“第一次正确”设计的理念。

6. 负责产品设计和生产过程中的设计变更以及优化。

7. 态度优先，愿意承担具有挑战性的新产品开发任务，并根据当地市场的需求进行新设计。

8. 与阿特拉斯·科普柯集团的其他设计中心保持紧密的联系，使用相同的设计流程和开发工具。

经验要求

有产品开发经验者优先。

知识/学历要求

1. 具备热力学、压缩机、低温学知识。

2. 有机械设计方面的知识，并愿意在技术领域学习。

3. 母语为普通话，以及良好的英语听说读写能力。

4. 熟悉微软办公软件。有使用Autodesk Inventor、CAD工具和MRP系统经验者优先。

5. 有无油空气产品或涡轮增压经验者优先考虑。
