Primary Function/Purpose

Key Responsibilities
负责管理所辖区域和产品组的各项业务,制定地区目标,销售策略和发展方向; 负责区域的人员招聘,团队的发展,员工绩效管理和教导; 严格遵从国家以及公司的政策,确保团队的合规性,学术性,专业性。 完成公司以及大区下达的销售及其他工作目标; 确保专业拜访和学术研讨活动的全面实施和及时反馈 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通,以确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性 及时反馈客户疾病诊疗信息、品牌使用信息及市场信息的变化 组织和协调跨部门的合作,完成共同目标。
Qualification/Requirements
全日制本科学历,临床,药学等相关专业优先;有外资药企销售经验7年以上,团队管理经验2年以上;影响力,积极主动,应变能力,创新正值、诚实、富有激情,有良好的抗压性与奉献精神,重视团队协作;有良好的组织协调能力,沟通表达能力及谈判能力,目标导向。内部候选人(请满足以下条件):
* 高级销售代表以上或者非销售职位专员以上 * 总共至少4年工作经验;此外, 至少在Eli Lilly有 2年工作经验 * 以销售专员身份被招募加入Lilly的, 必须在Lilly经历至少一次完整的PM * 连续的良好绩效 * 在过去一年,无 “书面警告” 或以上级别的合规警告
